RDA believes that public institutions and non-profit organizations can benefit from integrating the use of computers into their day-to-day operations. We want your software to be easy to use and affordable to facilitate better management and monitoring of both your program and client outcomes.
RDA offers online software systems for Case Management and After School Programs. Our online program management software is inexpensive, easy to use, powerful and secure. Because it is web based, you can access it from any computer with an Internet connection. 128-bit encryption and a state of the art firewall protect your data from unauthorized viewers. These tools ensure that your agency is able to function efficiently and to fully recoup federal and state dollars.
We provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing upgrades for a variety of software applications, including:
Afterschool Web is an all-in-one attendance tool that is optimized for use in out-of-school-time programs.
It is a
secure and powerful web-based system that keeps track of individual student schedules and attendance with a minimum of
data entry. Built-in forms and reports simplify both day-to-day management and periodic reporting to stakeholders. With
over 100 system users in Contra Costa County (California), AfterschoolWeb has proven indispensible for a smooth start-up
each Fall and for informed collaborative oversight throughout the year.
RDA Case Management is an easy-to-deploy system for administering client charts, progress notes, and calendar ticklers for managing clinical caseloads. Configuration tools for data mapping facilitate reports and data exports to fiscal partners. The database engine was selected for easy deployment over regional provider networks or within smaller clinics and community-based organizations. It has been used in a San Francisco neighborhood clinic and in a county-wide substance abuse treatment program.
SARA (Scan, Analyze, Respond, Assess) Project Management System is a web-based data collection and reporting tool in support of community policing in Oakland. The system accommodates uploaded photos and supporting documents, and generates workflow emails between officers and their superiors. Intelligence gathering -- Analysis -- is structured so that recurring problem locations, vehicles, interested parties and persons of interest, can be identified. Details about coordinated action steps -- Responses -- track the involvement of special police units, additional city agencies, and other public or private partners. A Time Log lets officers account for their hours devoted to direct problem-solving, communications with partner agencies or community members, and standard duties conducted in each community policing beat. Summary data extracts will inform RDA's evaluation of community policing services supported by Oakland's Measure Y Violence Prevention and Public Safety Act.
