Project Spotlights

In collaboration with Amador County Behavioral Health Department in California, RDA is working on five distinct plans that reflect the fundamental principles of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and address key community mental health needs and priority populations. See Amador MHSA news.

RDA is leading the evaluation of Oakland's Measure Y Initiative. As part of the evaluation, RDA has developed the SARA data system to support the Oakland Police Department with their community policing efforts. SARA (Scan, Analyze, Respond, Assess) is a web-based data collection and reporting tool that aids problem-solving officers in addressing neighborhood crime and quality of life issues. News

In partnership with Gibson & Associates and an expert panel appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom, RDA is developing a plan to address the increased need for Alzheimer's and dementia care in San Francisco through the year 2020. See more news.

The HEAL initiative is a Kaiser-funded effort to improve community health and disease prevention through environmental and system changes. In collaboration with the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, RDA is working to develop and implement an evaluation plan for the HEAL initiative. RDA's role includes facilitating participation in the process across large multi-disciplinary groups, tool development and data collection and analysis.
