Project Spotlights

In collaboration with Amador County Behavioral Health Department in California, RDA is working on four distinct plans that reflect the fundamental principles of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and address key community mental health needs and priority populations. See Amador MHSA news.

RDA is leading the evaluation of Oakland's Measure Y Initiative. As part of the evaluation, RDA has developed the SARA data system to support the Oakland Police Department with their community policing efforts. SARA (Scan, Analyze, Respond, Assess) is a web-based data collection and reporting tool that aids problem-solving officers in addressing neighborhood crime and quality of life issues. News

San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agencies' employees face increasingly difficult situations in their daily interactions with the public. RDA has contracted with MTA to provide conflict training to staff to empower them to reduce stressful and/or potentially harmful encounters. RDA will begin our trainings by performing an organizational needs assessment of MTA.

RDA is pleased to be working with Fresno County to conduct a performance review of their mental health system. This process will identify candidate areas for MHSA-funded innovations, which will increase the quality of and deliver improvements to the system.
